Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee

The IACUC is in place to insure that all animals used or produced for research, teaching, or exhibition by the Concordia community receive the highest standard of humane care.

Student Grievance Procedures

Concordia University has established policies and procedures whereby a student may express grievances and receive university response to those grievances.

Availability of Employees for Information Dissemination

Federal regulations require the University to designate an employee or group of employees who shall be available to assist enrolled or prospective students in obtaining the information specified in 668.42, 668.43, 668.45, and 668.46.

Institutional Review Board

The Institutional Review Board (IRB) reviews all research investigations, externally funded or not, conducted by its students, faculty, and staff involving human beings as research subjects.

Misrepresentation

It is the goal of Concordia University to not misrepresent itself to a student, prospective student, the family of an enrolled or prospective student, or the Department of Education. Misrepresentation, as defined by the Department of Education, is any false, erroneous, or misleading statement made to any of the parties mentioned above. This includes disseminating testimonials and endorsements given under duress.

Release of Information to the National Student Loan Database System

Students and Parents (in the case of a Parent PLUS Loan) that accept a federal Title IV loan will have data from that loan sent to the National Student Loan Database System (NSLDS).

Concordia University Wisconsin (CUW) fully subscribes to all Federal and State civil rights laws banning discrimination for private, church-affiliated institutions of higher education including gender discrimination and sexual harassment, which are prohibited by Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended and Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972.

Wisconsin Educator Preparation Program Report

The EPP (Educator Preparation Program) Report is produced annually by the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) as a requirement within ACT 166.

Institutional Disclosures Required by State Authorization of Distance Education

An institution that offers an educational program through distance education or correspondence courses, excluding internships and practicums, must make available to enrolled and prospective students the following disclosures.
