Campus Security & Fire Safety Report
Annual Security Report
CUW's Annual Security report includes statistics for reported crimes that occurred on campus, in certain off campus-buildings or property owned or controlled by the university, and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from the campus for the previous three years.
The report also includes institutional policies about:
- Campus security/safety
- Alcohol and drug use
- Crime prevention
- Reporting of crimes
- Sexual assault
- Missing students
Annual Fire Safety Report
CUW’s Annual Fire Safety Report is also included with the Annual Security Report. The Fire Safety Report contains the University policies and procedures related to fire safety for the Concordia University Wisconsin, Mequon Campus and annual fire statistics for the previous three calendar years as required by the Higher Education Opportunity Act (2008) as part of the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crimes Act.
The report also includes institutional policies about:
- Fire safety education and training
- Who to report fires to
- Student housing evacuation procedures
- Evacuation locations
- Fire safety systems in place in each residence hall
Campus Hazing Transparency Report
Concordia University will make available the annual hazing statistics in July and January each year as required by the Stop Campus Hazing Act through the Campus Hazing Transparency Report. The report will include:
- The name of the student organization
- A general description of the violation that resulted in a finding of responsibility
- Related dates (the date of the alleged incident, the date of the initiation of the investigation, the date the investigation ended with a finding, and the date the institution provided notice to the organization of the finding)
