• Official high school transcript if less than 60 earned college credits.
• If you are an active-duty military person or a Veteran, an official Joint Service Transcript (JST) or Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) Transcript. For military service before 1981, a DD 214 document must be provided.

For most programs, we offer multiple start dates throughout the year. Our virtual courses and online courses are on an 8-week rotation. Concordia accepts up to a maximum of 84 semester credits with earned grades of “D” or higher from regionally accredited four-year colleges/universities toward equivalent requirements of a bachelor’s degree and 42 semester credits toward an associate’s degree. A maximum of 64 semester credits will be accepted in a transfer from regionally accredited two-year colleges/universities. Unofficial transfer credit evaluations can be provided before completing an application. Good question! Depending on the number of credits you transfer to Concordia and your class schedule, you could graduate in 1½ years. If you’re a new online undergraduate student with no transfer credits, you will graduate in 5 years if you’re taking virtual courses and 6½ years if you’re taking online courses. These graduation time frames assume you are enrolled in a course each term.

Once a student is admitted to their online undergraduate program, the student will partner with an Academic and Career Advisor (ACA) who will help the student navigate the student portal, Blackboard, Concordia Central, the Handshake career platform, library resources, textbook options, tutoring, and registration processes. Attendance policies and course add/drop procedures will also be discussed with the student. The ACA walks beside the new student to assist the student in getting started with their courses and then remains available to provide that extra support many students need. The ACA stands ready to assist, connect, and mentor each student in their uncommon academic journey!

Instructors teaching online undergraduate classes are world-class, passionate, educated individuals well versed and knowledgeable about their course content. Instructors offer real-world experience and help students connect coursework with relevant real-time experiences. Although students are able to take more than one class at a time, our courses are designed to be condensed. We encourage you to take one class your first term. However, if you desire to take additional courses at once, you will be assigned an Academic and Career Advisor who will be able to assist you.

Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) of experiential learning allows accepted students to seek credit by documenting college-level knowledge and competence acquired outside a classroom setting. Prior Learning Assessment (PLA) Workshops are conducted online for accepted students.

Yes, if you are interested in accessing financial aid, Concordia University Wisconsin’s school code is 003842. Make sure you are applying for the academic aid year in which you will be attending.

Those students who are no longer eligible for financial aid have other options:

• Your employer might offer tuition reimbursement. Check with your employer about your options.

• We offer payment plans to help assist with your tuition payments.
• Payments can be made with a check or credit card. The transaction fee for all credit card payments will be 1.38%.
