Concordia's Business Administration degree equips you with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the dynamic world of business. In line with our Christian values, you will also build ethical leadership qualities to make a positive impact in an organization. Our comprehensive curriculum covers a wide array of business principles and practices that encourages you to think critically, develop creative problem-solving strategies, and enhance your communication abilities.

Concentrations / Specializations

General Business

This concentration is ideal to establish or advance your understanding and skillsets in core areas of business. From economics, finance, human resources, marketing, and project management you will dive into how each plays an integral role in everyday business functions. Discover what area of business fits your personal interests and professional goals.

Human Resource Management

In this concentration, you will learn the latest strategies for recruitment, selection, training, retention, and development of employees in an organization. Learn to analyze and communicate the key aspects of compensation, benefits, and workplace regulations to managers and employees. In addition, develop the awareness to implement and assess DEI intiatives.

Healthcare Management

In this concentration, you will learn how to effectively analyze different healthcare systems. Gain the skills to collaborate and communicate within an interdisciplinary healthcare network. Discover the ability to recognize and analyze current trends and issues related to healthcare administration, which will help you grow throughout your career. Earn an understanding for DEI within the healthcare community – for both those who are served and the providers of care.
