CUW allows Traditional and Adult Accelerated Undergraduate students to transfer up to 84 credits. Estimate how your credits will transfer right now using the Transfer Equivalency Tool. You will receive an official evaluation after your application and official transcripts are received.

Graduate and Doctorate programs often accept half credits, but this is program dependent. Feel free to contact your admissions counselor to speak about your situation.

Degree completion time varies for each student depending on how many credits you’ve completed. Apply and send in your official transcripts as quickly as possible so that we can provide you with an estimated graduation date!

Unfortunately having a financial hold on an account from a previous college might prohibit you from obtaining certain documents that are necessary for admission at Concordia. Please connect with your previous school for additional assistance.

No, you cannot transfer any Bachelor’s level course into our Master's or Doctoral degrees. If you have specific questions, you can always send your admissions counselor a copy of your unofficial transcripts to be evaluated for possible transfer credits. If you do not know who your admissions counselor is, you can send it to our email at admission@cuw.edu.

For most programs, we have multiple start dates throughout the year. Our virtual courses and online courses start every 8 weeks. This provides students the opportunity to start during a time of year that works best for them. Connect with an admission counselor for the next start date!

Credits transfer is program dependent, but most of our Graduate and Doctorate programs allow half of your credits to transfer with Program Director's approval. You can always send us your unofficial transcripts to be evaluated for transfer credits.

A maximum of 64-semester credits will be accepted in a transfer from a two-year college. A maximum of 84-semester credits will be accepted in a transfer from a four-year college/university. Some programs may have different requirements. Transfer students may be required to submit scores from either the Scholastic Aptitude Test or the American College Test. They may also be required to submit an official high school transcript.

With most programs, students will be required to have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above from regionally accredited institutions of higher learning. If you don’t meet these requirements, please connect with an admission counselor for more information. Courses need to be graded “D” or above. Certain programs have more specific grade requirements.
