Accepted undergraduate students are required to pay a $200 refundable deposit to reserve their space. The deposit deadline is May 1st, deposits will be accepted after that date on a space available basis. The deposit is refundable if submitted prior to May 1st, and if the student withdraws the deposit prior to May 1st.

For the 2024-25 academic year, the parking permit fee must be paid by the beginning of each semester. For students who bring a vehicle to campus after the semester begins, this fee is prorated based on the below schedule. This schedule also applies to refunds if the student withdraws.

  • The fall semester parking permit fee will be reduced by 50% on 10/28/2024
  • The spring semester parking permit fee will be reduced by 50% on 03/2/2025

Meal plan refund

Students who choose to live on campus are required to select a meal plan for each semester. Students who cancel their housing contract after the start of a semester will be able to receive a pro-rated refund of a meal plan charge according to the following schedule (a week runs Monday to Sunday):

  • During the first week of classes: 90%
  • During the second week of classes: 80%
  • During the third week of classes: 70%
  • During the fourth week of classes: 60%
  • During the fifth week of classes: 50%
  • During the sixth week of classes: 40%
  • During the seventh week of classes: 30%
  • During the eighth week of classes: 20%
  • During the ninth week of classes: 10%
  • During the tenth week of classes: 0%

Housing refund

Residential students who withdraw from the university will be held to the following policy from their housing contract: “a student who withdraws from a room after the start of a semester will not receive any refund of the semester room fee. The $300 security deposit will be forfeited.”

Cost of Attendance

The Department of Education requires that an example of a Cost of Attendance or Financial Aid budget be supplied on all pages where tuition information resides.  Below is an example of a traditional undergraduate student.
