Media policy

In order to ensure the privacy of our students, faculty, staff, and guests, all news or media representatives should contact a member of the Media Relations team prior to reaching out or visiting campus. Our Media Relations team exists to not only safeguard our Concordia community, but to ensure that you, our media guests, have a smooth, successful, and accurate interaction with our university. If you let us know before you come on campus, we can help with things like:

• Parking
• Alerting our Campus Safety team
• Giving tips and scheduling the best voices for your stories
• Securing rooms that are useful for interviews or photo opportunities
• Providing the most accurate, up-to-date data and information on our university
• Supplying high-resolution photography, as needed
