Privacy policy
Concordia University Wisconsin respects and is committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
Security policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe with us. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information – including your credit card number, name, and address – so that it cannot be read over the internet. In addition, Concordia University Wisconsin does not collect or store credit card information. When you enter your credit card number, it goes directly to the processor's site and is not available to CUW.
Refund policy
Because this is a gift site, refunds will not normally be made. However, if you believe there has been a credit card processing error (such as a double charge), or for any other questions, you can contact the CUW Office of Advancement and we will work on taking care of any issue you may have.
