Bogenschild Memorial Grant
Private Howard J. Bogenschild, who served with the “Love” Company 21st Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea. In memory of Private Bogenschild’s service, the Howard J. Bogenschild Legacy Grant will be awarded to a Veteran(s) who shows a financial need with tuition and/or with academic materials.
- Each grant will be in the amount of $1,000
Veterans & Dependents Scholarship
If you are a veteran, the spouse of a veteran, or a child of a veteran, you may qualify for this scholarship. Scholarship dollar amounts are examples based on three-credit courses. The applicant will need to provide proof of eligibility by submitting DD214 or Dependent ID Number. The actual amount per credit may vary. Eligible recipients must have exhausted or been ineligible for other federal veteran educational benefits.
- $150 toward adult accelerated undergraduate courses or
- $200 toward eligible graduate courses

Wisconsin Veteran’s Grant for private non-profit schools
The Wisconsin Veteran’s Grant for Private Non-Profit Schools is a State of Wisconsin veterans benefit available to qualified veterans, as well as certain spouses and children of qualified veterans. The amount of a grant for an eligible student for a semester is up to $2,000.00.

American Legion Post 1881 scholarship
Concordia University Wisconsin and the American Legion Post 1881 have an annual scholarship in the amount of $1,000. This amount is allocated as follows:
- $250 for a new adult education Student Veteran
- $250 for a continuing adult Student Veteran
- $500 for a new Student Veteran
