Graduate
- Graduation from a an accredited undergraduate program
- GPA equivalency of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Proof of English language proficiency with minimum scores of 79 TOEFL, 6.5 IELTS, 60 PTE, or 100 Duolingo Learn more below...
- GRE or GMAT is not required

Minimum English test scores for direct undergraduate academic admission:
Pearson English Language Test (PTE): 55
Duolingo: 90
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 61
English test exemptions:
- Submission of ACT/SAT test
- Completion of IB Curriculum, British O or A levels
- Home country that is test exempt
- Previously studied for at least 1 year in an English test exempt country
- Completed a bachelor’s degree in an English Test Exempt country
- Completed ESL coursework from our partners (MLC, WESLI, ELS)
Minimum English test scores for direct graduate academic admission:
Pearson English Language Test (PTE): 60
Duolingo: 100
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): 6.5
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL): 79

Note: India is not English test exempt
Concordia University Wisconsin has agreements with various language schools such as ELS, WESLI, MLC and others. Students who are interested in attending CUW but did not meet the English proficiency score can choose to attend one of our partner English language schools.
Students who attend one of our partner language schools will receive a Conditional Letter of Admission. Once the proper level is achieved, the student can transfer to CUW and receive full admission.
