Concordia University School of Education offers the Erna A. Batterman Scholarship program. These scholarships are presented to LCMS church work students to honor Mrs. Erna A. Batterman. Although it was her dream to be a teacher, God had different plans for her life. Now this scholarship is helping students fund their education and fulfil their ambitions for a teaching career.
