Concordia University Wisconsin offers endless outreach opportunities for people of all ages to visit and enjoy the campus, ranging from academic conferences to respite events. Community involvement has a critical role at Concordia, and in the School of Health Professions. We want our students to not only be proficient in their field but with a servant mindset, eager to go out of their way to treat people in a Christian manner. Be sure to check out all of our events on the upcoming events page! A few of our efforts include:
Asperger Teen Night
The School of Health Professions students team up with the Autism Society of Southeastern Wisconsin twice a year to host Asperger Teen Nights. The nights are filled with food, fun, and fellowship that benefits all involved.
Wellness Exams/Pro-bono Clincis
PT students regularly perform free wellness exams, which include overall health assessments followed by custom plans to address any areas of concern.
