TODAY (WEDNESDAY): Latin America
- 12:00-1:00 pm | Come to Siebert Dining Hall to feast on Latin American food and dance along to a Latin American Jazz Ensemble.
- 1:00-2:00 pm | Visit the CIC to hear information of how you can Study Abroad in another country.
- 3:00-4:30 | Come to the CIC to Learn how to Salsa Dance and How to make Mexican Corn. Sponsored by the Latin Student Union.

MONDAY: India and Middle East
- 9:15 am | International Flag Procession in the Chapel. Join us to celebrate student, faculty and staff from countries around the world as we kick off our International Education Week.
- 12:00-1:00pm | Come to Sibert Dining Hall to enjoy Middle Eastern Food and Listen to Turkish Music.
- 4:00-6:00 pm | Join us in Albrecht Lounge for an exciting Indian Cultural Festival with food, dancing, mehndi, crafts and more.

TUESDAY: Europe
- All Day Open House in the CIC | Stop in to sample British Teas and Treats while coloring Celtic Art from Ireland.
- 12:00-1:00 pm | Come to Siebert Dining Hall to taste food from Europe and polka along to Val Sigal’s Polka Band.
- 7:00 pm | Test your knowledge from across the pond at United Kingdom Trivia Night. Sample British sodas and soft drinks at our Irish “Pub."

THURSDAY: China and Japan
- All Day Open House in the CIC | Try Origami paper folding, Green Tea and Japanese Treats.
- 12:00-1:00 pm | Come to Siebert Dining Hall to enjoy Asian food and Entertainment
- 7:00-8:30 pm | Stop in to the CIC to learn how to make Japanese Sushi and Onigiri and catch some Anime playing in the CIC.

FRIDAY: Africa and African Diaspora
- 12:00-1:00 pm | Come to Siebert Dining Hall to enjoy African food and listen to the rhythms of Lucky Diop and his drums.
