Dr. Anne Graff LaDisa
I earned my Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, and completed a post-graduation Pharmacy Practice Residency with Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. Since completion of my residency, I have served as an inpatient clinical pharmacist and inpatient pharmacy clinical coordinator at Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
In the clinical setting, I have been a Clinical Instructor for Aurora Health Care Pharmacy Practice Residents and Concordia University Wisconsin’s Doctor of Pharmacy students. In July 2012, I became an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Concordia University Wisconsin’s School of Pharmacy full-time while maintaining a clinical practice site at Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center where I care for general surgery and internal medicine inpatients.
